Gallon Gear Athlete Promotional Agreement

Gallon Gear sponsored athletes will be issued an individual unique promotional code to use on social media and other advertising platforms.  Each purchase made using the athlete’s promo code will be compensated when abiding by the terms below. 

Posts

• Athletes will represent Gallon Gear in a positive light in promoting Gallon Gear products on any social media outlet or other platforms.


• All posts that have the Gallon Gear product present must either tag with appropriate Gallon Gear social media handle or mention Gallon Gear social media handle written in the post.


• Posts are meant to be organic, no spamming on any social media site. 


• Athletes are not allowed to promote their promo code on any GallonGear social media pages or forums.

Payment 

• Athletes will be given a promotion code from Gallon Gear management, and each sale derived from set promotion code will receive a commission on the sale.


• Commission to be paid to the Athlete will be $5.00 Per Unit when the Athletes code is logged per sale.


• Athletes will be paid for Gallon Gears sold after 20 sales have been accumulated. Gallon Gear requires each Athlete to  have a PayPal account to receive payment.


• In no way, shape, or form does the athlete have any affiliation with Gallon Gear other than for promotional purposes.


• Athletes may be commissioned on wholesale distribution or volume deals at the rate and discretion of Gallon Gear Management

• These terms and conditions are non-binding, meaning we can terminate these terms and any Gallon Gear Athlete at any time.


• Gallon Gear assumes no responsibility for any posts or actions of the Gallon Gear Sponsored Athlete.
